MIT CISR Learning Programs provide MIT CISR's member organizations with employee learning experiences that develop skills, establish a common language, and build momentum for organizational change. They are a core member benefit available for use with Engagement Units.
These programs, introduced in 2024, offer:
- A dynamic online/hybrid learning experience designed exclusively for members of MIT CISR member organizations
- An opportunity for participants to immerse themselves in MIT CISR's research insights, deepen their knowledge, enhance their skills, and foster a common language on digital and data topics
- Modular content that includes comprehensive readings, MIT CISR frameworks, engaging videos, knowledge assessments, and reflective exercises based in your organization’s context
