Learning Programs

MIT CISR Learning Programs provide MIT CISR's member organizations with employee learning experiences that develop skills, establish a common language, and build momentum for organizational change. They are a core member benefit available for use with Engagement Units.

These programs, introduced in 2024, offer:

  • A dynamic online/hybrid learning experience designed exclusively for members of MIT CISR member organizations
  • An opportunity for participants to immerse themselves in MIT CISR's research insights, deepen their knowledge, enhance their skills, and foster a common language on digital and data topics
  • Modular content that includes comprehensive readings, MIT CISR frameworks, engaging videos, knowledge assessments, and reflective exercises based in your organization’s context

Future Ready Learning Program

This program is based on the book Future Ready: The Four Pathways to Capturing Digital Value by Stephanie L. Woerner, Peter Weill, and Ina M. Sebastian. The hybrid learning experience proceeds through a series of modules that combine readings from the book, research content on the MIT CISR website, knowledge checks, reflections, and facilitated peer group discussions.
