A report for research project participants with detailed methodology, analysis, findings, and references
To succeed in the digital economy, established businesses must develop and apply new technology and organizational capabilities. In August 2016, MIT CISR distributed a survey to 171 senior business and IT leaders about their digital capabilities. We then analyzed how those capabilities related to business outcomes like innovation and agility. This report summarizes findings from that survey and offers recommendations on how companies can stimulate their digital transformations. This is a Chinese translation of the original publication.
